Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout or saved in your customer profile. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
We currently do not offer automated international checkout. If you are outside the United States, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a shipping quote.
International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and will be billed separately as needed.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you your tracking number and basic shipping information. Please allow the carrier's tracking system time to update after you receive your tracking details.
Luxury Imports USA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help you track your package and resolve any delivery issues.
